Similarly, operators in the Casual Dining sector encounter comparable challenges in ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality food. We were approached by a plant-based food brand to assist in the creation of new products and align their cost of goods. Our primary goal was to uphold or enhance the quality of their products while streamlining efficiency in terms of ingredients, vendor choices, and the production process. Our efforts have yielded substantial results, achieving a reduction of over 20 percent in product cost of goods. Notably, these improvements have been accompanied by an overall enhancement in the quality of the products we worked on.

The seafood category offers a notable avenue for expansion. We've successfully created and introduced new value-added products in both foodservice and retail within this segment. Our innovations have centered around utilizing ingredients such as Tilapia, Crab, and Kelp, resulting in successful commercialization of these products. We faced the task of creating two distinct product platforms aimed at revitalizing the core menu of a major QSR brand.
